Who can Apply ?

Applicant must meet the following requirement to apply for the Scholarship Program:

• Applicant must be a Senior High School Students or a 1st to 2nd Year Collage Students who enrolled in any one of the given Course:
• BS Information Technology
• BS Social Work
• BS Office Administration
• BS Agriculture
• BS Management Accounting
• BSBA Marketing Management
• BA Communication
• BS Psychology
• BS Internal Audit and
• BS Accountancy
• The Total Family income should not exceed ₱300,000 per year or ₱25,000/Month
• SHS Applicant GWA Must be at-least 90% with no other Grade below 85%
• Collage applicants’ GWAs must be 2.00 or higher, with no failing grades, including PE and NSTP.
• They must be wiling to complete 2 (Two ) Years of paid Management training
• Must not have any active Scholarship program

• Sketch on the Home Address

• Printed Copy of your House Pictures (Inside & Outside)
• If applicable -Photocopy of DSWD 4ps ID
• Photocopy of valid School ID (Front to Back with 3 Signature)
• Auto-Biography or Talambuhay (Printed or handwritten)
• Social Case Study Report (To be issued by the City of Social Welfare and Development Office)
• Certificate of No other active Scholarship Program

• Barangay Certificate of Indigency
• Birth Certificate (PSA) Original & Photocopy
• Certified True Copy of Grade latest Academic Year

Successful Application Process

• If qualified, you are invited to an interview or exam.
• Submit the application via email or through partner School’s office (For PLM & PUP Students)
• Moirasia Foundation will review Your Documents and notify you via Text message or via Email.
• You will receive an email with the exam dates and results.
• Those who passed the exam will advance to the panel interview.
• Qualified Scholars will be announced by the Moirasia Foundation via official http://Facebook page.
