PSCO Educational Assistance overview

The Educational Assistance Program was formed as part of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes office’s (CSR) corporate social responsibility commitment to provide educational assistance to provide educational assistance to worthy Filipino students and to support individual’s families.

Financial Assistance for Educational Support
For students who are not part of the 4ps program
Educational needs for government and non-governmental organization.

Document Requirements

Completed PCSO-Educational Assistance Form
2×2 Picture of the student
Valid Academic Transcript, or
- Online Report card of the Previous Semester
Certified True Copy of Valid Billing Statement or Statement of Account
Photocopy of Student’s School Id
Photocopy of Government-Issued ID of the Students and Parent/Guardian
Certified True Copy of Certificate of Enrollment or
- Registration Form for the current Semester.
