ASCEND Scholarship 2026 | Now Accepting Applicants
The Technological institute of the Philippines (T.I.P) is currently accepting applications for the Achieving Success through Constructivist Education and Next-General Development (ASCEND) Scholarship for qualifying incoming college freshman.
This Scholarship program helps students who want to pursue engineering degrees at T.I.P. Quezon City or T.I.P Manila.
TIP ASCEND Scholarship 2026
ASCEND Scholarship is intended to help academically talented students continue their education in engineering programs. The fellowship gives complete financial support as well as other allowance to assist scholars on focusing on their studies.
The program accepts incoming college freshman who meet academic and courses requirements.

Requirements to Apply?
The TIP ASCEND scholarship is offered to:
- Incoming Collage Freshmen
- Senior high school grads.
- Students considering enrolling in engineering programs at T.l.P
Candidates from the academic STEM Stream are given preference.
Eligibility Requirement
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Preferably from Senior High School STEM Track.
- Applicants must have graduated from senior high school.
- with high or highest honors.
- A GWA score of at least 90%
- Grades must be at least 85% in all subjects.
- Enroll in an accredited engineering program at T.l.P.
Meeting these standards qualifies applicants for review and testing.
List of Eligible Engineering Programs
Applicants must enroll in one of the following programs offered by T.I.P. Quezon City or T.I.P. Manila:
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Environmental and Sanitary Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
only students enrolled in these programs are eligible for this grant.
Scholarship Benefits
The following advantages will be granted to eligible ASCEND Scholars:
- Complete coverage of tuition and school costs
- Living allowance per month
- Each semester’s book allowance
- During the Scholarship time, a laptop
