The Iskolar ng Bayan Scholarship 2025-2026 is presently accepting applications for all eligible and interested Filipino collage students, for the academic year 2025-2025.

This Scholarship Program was started by Mayor Cipriano D. Violago jr. in the Philippines, Scholarship is ongoing is now open for applications.

Requirements to apply

Here ae the list of General requirements to apply:

Applicants must be legally resident of san Rafael, Bulacan.
Must enroll in any collage or university.
Must have no failing grades or discontinued classes.
Must not have any other active scholarship programs.
Only one member of each family can participate in this scholarship program.

Note: IF YOU ARE THE SON OR DAUGHTEROF A SOLO PARENT, YOU MUST PRESENT A PHOTOCOPY OF THE SOLO PARENT ID.

Documentary Requirements

Following are the Documentary Requirements to apply

Original copy of Barangay Certificate of Indigency
Request letter address to Mayor Cipriano D. Violago, Jr.
For Incoming Freshmen:
- Certified Photocopy of Report card (With Dry seal)-Gen. Ave. 85%
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) – 1st Sem. S.Y. 2025-2026
For Applicant with Earned unites in collage
- Certified Photocopy of Certificate of Garde (COG) with dry Gen.Ave. 2.25-2nd Sem. S.Y. 2024-2025
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) – 2nd Sem. S.Y. 2024-2025
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) – 1st Sem. S.Y. 2025-2026

Scholarship Benefits

Each Scholar will get a gift of PHP4,000 as Scholarship Perks.
