(VSF) Vicsal Scholarship Program began in 2007, with 24 recipients enrolled in various institutions and collage in Cebu. This scholarship program is primarily intended to aid financially challenged students at public high schools.

Vicsal Scholarship Program finally increased the number of scholars. Education accounts for 80% of VSF’s total operations.

Scholarship Requirements

• He or she must be a graduate or graduating students of any public senior high school in Cebu.
• The overall average is at least 88%
• With no grade per subject less than 80%
• The annual gross family income of both parents or guardians cannot exceed PHP300,000.00.
• He or she have good moral character.
• He or she must not have any other scholarship grants, whether from the government or from private institutions.
• Only application with full prerequisites will be accepted and evaluated.
• Enclose all requirements in one (1) white folder, secured on the left side.
• Write your full name on the right side in the following format: SURNAME, GIVEN NAME MIDDLE INITIAL.
• Please provide copies of the following:

Documents to Apply

• 1 Photocopy of the applicant’s birth certificate.
• 1Certified True Copy of the Applicant’s Senior High School Reports Card (Showing at least the third quarter assessment/grade).
• Applicants Good Moral Certificate
• 1Photocopy
• Parents/guardians most recent BIR income tax return or BIR tax exemption certificate.
  • For non-taxable income earners
    • 1Photocopy of the applicant’s barangay clearance.
    • 1 piece Applicant’s 2”x2” Colored picture

Scholarship Benefits

Vicsal Scholarship Benefits will include the following:

• Full Tuition and Others Schools fees per Semester
• Monthly allowance of PHP2,500.00
• The book allowance is PHP3,000.00 per semester
• Fee refunds of up to PHP2,000 for Scholar graduates.
• Attendances at educational activities such as scholar’s yearly gatherings, leadership workshops, or trainings.
