DigiPlus Foundation Future Scholarship, Requirement, Benefits, and How to Apply
The DigiPlus Foundation Future Smart College Scholarship offers education funding of up to ₱100,000 for fourth-year IT and communication students. Applications for the academic year 2026-2027 are now open, with 300 additional scholarship slots available.
What is the FutureSmart College Scholarship?
The DigiPlus Foundation’s FutureSmart College Scholarship is an annual scholarship program for Filipino students studying technology or communications degrees. Every year, the Foundation provides 300 worthy students with quality education in these subjects.
To far, the initiative has funded over 94 FutureSmart College Scholars and over 49 FutureSmart IT Credential Scholars, a program that provides students with industry-relevant technical skills and credentials.
More than eight out of ten IT certification holders found work within six months after completing their training, representing an 82% job placement rate.
FutureSmart College Scholarship Benefits
FutureSmart Scholars receive ₱100,000 in educational support per school year, distributed monthly throughout the scholarship period. Scholars receive more than just financial aid; they also have access to programs that help them develop soft skills, leadership competencies, and workplace preparedness.
While the Scholarship does not guarantee employment after graduation, scholars are urged to apply for positions with DigiPlus Interactive Corp. and its connected companies.
Interested graduates go through the company’s usual recruitment process, and job decision are made based on their qualifications, skills, experience, and interview performance.
Who can apply for the FutureSmart College Scholarship?
- Be a Filipino citizen who lives in the Philippines.
- Be in your fourth year of study at a State University or College (SUS), a Local University or College (LUC), or a private college or university
- Enroll in an IT or communications degree program (see list below).
- Have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85%, or its equivalent, in fiscal year 2025-2026
- Parents or guardians having a combined gross monthly income of ₱40,000 or less.
- Demonstrate strong moral integrity and leadership potential.
Note: The Foundation is currently unable to accommodate first-third-year students, as well as students in non-IT or non-Communications degrees; nevertheless, it urges students to keep an eye out for future program changes as eligibility may be expanded.

FurureSmart College Scholarship Requirements
Applicants must submit the following, as appriopriate:
- Latest income tax return or payslip for employed household members, or a certificate of identity.
- Enrollment Form or School Registration Form.
- Proof of current grades (last two semesters, academic year 2025-2026).
