CHED Sikap Scholarship 2025-2026 Application open Now to Apply
The CHED Sikap Scholarship is now open for application for all eligible and interested collage Filipino students for the academic year 2025-2026. This initiative is to support teaching and non-teaching professionals working in a recognized higher education institution (HEI)
What is CHED Sikap Scholarship?
CHED Sikap Scholarship is a Government funded Scholarship, it is a educational aid initiative in the Philippines, that assists teaching and non-teaching professionals working in approved HEIs.
Sikap Stand for Scholarship for instructor knowledge advancement program ‘Scholarship program given for the full-time and part-time graduate studies in (Master,s or Doctorate).
Documentary Requirements to Apply
Eligible documents for the CHED Sikap Scholarship Program:
- Application Form (Full-Time or part-Time)
- SHEI Endorsement form
- Employment Certificate with Compensation
- Study leave, Approved by the SHEI
- If Applicable- Certificate of Clearance form the previous Grants
- NBI Clearance
- Proof of Admission to the DHEI
- Medial Certificate of Physical Fitness and
- Mental Fitness with licensed Physician or Doctor
- Admission Proof
- Transcript of record (For Graduate/Undergraduate/Post-Graduate degrees)
- Draft Re-Entry Action plan or Return service agreement
- If Applicant-Copy of publication in the past 5 Years.
- If Applicant-Certificate of Award
Eligibility Requirement to Apply
- Must be a Filipino Citizen
- Must be enrolled or plan to enroll in any graduate degree program.
- Must be in teaching or non-teaching personal employment at any HEI or full-time basis
- You must be physically and mentally fit to participate in the scholarship program
- Must not be more than 50 years old
- Applicant for the CHED Sikap Scholarship must not have any active or ongoing scholarship programs.
- Must have a Good Academic Standing
- Must be willing to execute a return service agreement with the SHEI
- Applicant must have an approved full-time study (if applying for part time)

- Tuition and other Fees- Actual Tuition
- Monthly Stipend – ₱41,000
- Research Allowance -₱150,000
Benefits under Doctorate Degrees Program:
- Tuition and Other Fees- Actual Tuition
- Monthly Stipend– ₱54,000
- Research Allowance – ₱250,000

- Monthly Stipend- ₱40,000
- Research Allowance –₱150,000
Benefits under Doctorate Degree Program

Application Deadline to Apply
- For the Batch 1-The deadline for online Applications is on August 4, 2025
- For the Batch 2- The deadline for online Application is on September 8, 2025
- For the Batch 3 – The deadline for online Application is on October 6, 2025
- For the Batch 4 – The deadline for online Application is on November 28, 2025
- For the Batch 5 – The deadline for online Application is on January 30, 2026
- For the Batch 6 – The deadline for online Application is on April 2, 2026
How to Apply Scholarship Program?
To Apply for CHED Sikap Scholarship Program, follow these steps :
- Submit the Online Application: Full-Time | Part-Time
- Download and fill the SHEI Endorsement Form
- Check the Eligibility Requirement before applying
- Complete the Documentary requirements with eligible documents
